LUDLOW, CA
Railroad and Pioneer Graveyard.
There is an incredible loneliness to these all but forgotten cemeteries. Having been to Ludlow before, it did not take too long to locate this lonely spot. Access is difficult.
Some show signs of care and people remembered.
Who were they? When did they die? Does anyone know they are here?
AND NOW MY COMRADES ALL ARE GONE;
NAUGHT REMAINS TO TOAST.
THEY HAVE LEFT ME HERE IN MISERY,
LIKE SOME POOR WANDERING GHOST!
